CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 93-40
RESOLUTION TO AMEND
1993 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 1993 budget of the City of Medina was adopted
on December 2, 1992 [Resolution No. 92-108]; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend said budget;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota that the following amendments be made
to the 1993 budget:

The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Philip Zietlow and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Ferris,
James Johnson, Zietlow and Mayor Anne Theis.
the following voted against: None.
the following abstained: None.
the following were absent: Councilmember Ann Thies.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted
this 6th day of July , 1993
