APPOINTING SPECIAL REDEVELOPEMENT COUNSEL
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Special Redevelopment Counsel in the Borough of
Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make such appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
COllliCil of the Borough ofCarteret that

be and is hereby appointed to the position of Special Redevelopment Counsel, effective
January I, 2010, term to expire December 31, 2010.
