APPOINTING LABOR COUNSEL
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Labor Counsel in the Borough ofCarteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough ofCarteret that
DECOTilS, FITPATRICK, COLE & WISLER
GENOVA BURNS & VERNOlA
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Labor Counsel, effective January 1,2010,
term to expire December 31, 2010.
Adopted this 3" day of January, 2010
and certified as a tme copy of the original
on January 4",2010.
