APPOINTING BOND COUNSEL
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Bond Counsel in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council ofthe Borough of Carteret that
MCMANIMON & SCOTLAND
DECOTIlS, FITP A TRICK COLE & WISLER
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Bond Counsel, effective January I, 2010,
term to expire December 31, 2010.
