HomeMy Public PortalAbout1993-045Member John Ferris introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 93-45 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON COUNTY ROAD 101 TRUNK WATER MAIN WHEREAS, it is proposed to extend a trunk water main from the area of the Cherry Hills development northeasterly along County Road 101 to serve the property located at 5322 County Road 101 and to access the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates for study and that the consulting engineer is instructed to report to the city council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. Theis, Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Mayor Anne Theis and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Ferris, James Johnson, Ann Thies, Philip Zietlow and Mayor Theis.
