MINUTES
JANUARY 19, 1982
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Merritt called the regular meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:04 p.m. on Tuesday, January
19, 1982, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Members - Atkins, Dennis, Gillanders, Tyrell, Merritt
Absent: Members -None
Also Present: Executive Director Koski, General Counsel Martin
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Mr. Dennis moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting
held January 5, 1982 as written, seconded by Mr. Gillanders and
carried.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
None.
5. NEW BUSINESS:
None.

7. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS:
None.
8. ADJOURNMENT:

On motion by Mr. Tyrell, seconded by Mr. Atkins, meeting adjourned
at 8:05 p.m. Next regular meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Agency will be held Tuesday, February 2, 1982, 8 p.m. in the
Council Chamber of the City Hall.
