MAINTAINED O1V CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY AND DIRECTING THE ABATEMENT-THEREOFo WHEREAS-, pursuant to the recommendation of tYze City Manager of the City of Lynwood, this City Council has previously found that certain premises, hereinafter more fully described, may be presently be~.ng r~Lai~ntained in such a manner as to constitute a nuisance; t~HEREA.S, Win light of said find~.ng, this Council adopted a resolution d.eclax°ing its intention to conduct a public hearing to ascertain whether a nia.isance is being maintained. on said property; and WHEREAS, tk~i.s Council has he~..d a hearing and has .heard and considexTed all relcvent etiFidence and testimony from all inte~°ested persons,desiri.ng to be heard concerning the ---- conditions constitl.ating the a~lslegednuisance and the proposed rehe,bilitaton, repair, removal and. demolition thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, the C~.ty Counc~.l of the City o.f Lynwood does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows o Section la The property described as Lot 9~ of Century Square Tract, and, is generally known as 4220 Shirley Avenue, Lynwood, California, ~~~; hereby found and declared to be a public nuisance as d.e~;ined in Section 21-16 of the T~ynwood C:i_ty Code o S.acta.on 2 ~ TY?e pa~~tscul,ar conditions of" said property which are herel:5y found and determined to constitute a nuisance are descr~;bed as follows> V~.olation Qf coning ordinance (commercial salvage use in: R-1 zone), debris, inoperable motor vehicles and maintenance of premises. Section 3,. It is further found and determined that, in order to abate said nuisance,~it will be necessary that the fallowing steps be taken; Terminate commercial use- in R-l zone, remove debris, inoperable vehicles and maintain premises.. Section 4o The owner of said property, Robert Campbell, is ordered and directed to take said steps and to abate said nuisanceo Section 5. If the property owner fails to take the steps as provided in this resolution within thirty (30) days after the date this resolution is posted upon the properfy, the City of Lynwood shall immediately cause the same to be abated by City personnel or private contract-and such personnel or persons under contract are expressly authorized to enter upon the premises for such purposes. Section- ~5~0 -- Iri the event th-e City of Lynwood -causes the aforementioned nuisance. to be abated by City personnel or private contract, the owner of the premises shall be Liable to-said City for all costs of such abatement, includ- ing all administrative costs. All said costs shall constitute a special assessment against the subject property. Section 7o The.
