A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION
OF PROPERTY FOR FUTURE PUBLIC STREET. PURPOSES
WHEREAS9 the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that pursuant to the Lynwood Zoning Orda.nance it is
required by x°eason that certain street dedication be made as a
condition to issuance of building permits and
WHEREAS, owner of property located at 12415 Long Beach
Boulevard has made application for a building permit from the City9~
and
WHEREAS9 an ultimate right~of~way width for Long Beach r
Boulevard has been adopted by the City, and
WHEREAS9 it has been determined that the best interest of
the City is being served by acceptance of offer of~d.edication of
property for such purposes
NOW9 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWSo
Section 1o The following described property shall be
dedicated.and the same is hereby accepted9 for future street purposes
fox Long Beach Boulevard
Easterly 10 00 feet9 measured at right angles
of Lot 1088 of Tract 3025 as per map ~°ecorded in
Book 359 Pages 43 and 44 of maps9 in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles,
Section 2~ That no monies are involved in the transfer
and acceptance of such propertyo
~ Section 3o That the City Council authorize a,nd direct
City Staff to take whatever steps necessary to accept this property
in accordance with the te~°ms and conditions as set f-orth aboveo
