RESOLUTION NO. 77-19
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD NLAKING CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE
SECTION 1094. 6 APPLICABLE TO THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ESTABLISHING A TIME LIMIT FOR SEEKING
REVIEW OF ADMINISTRATIVE DETERMINATIONS.
WHEREAS, Section 1094. 6 was added to the Code of Civil Procedure
by the•State Legislature in the year 1976; and
WHEREAS, Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6 establishes
a 90-day statue of limitations for seeking review of administrative decisions
pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094. 5; and
WHEREAS, Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6 states that
said section shall be applicable in a local agency only if the governing board.
hereof adopts a resolution making said section applicable; and
WHEREAS, this City Council wishes to make said section applicable
to the City of Lynwood;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that each and every provision of Code of Civil Procedure
Section 1.094.6 is hereby made applicable to the City of Lynwood.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of February, -1977.
