PRQGRAM SUPPLEMENT NOo 2, FOR. THE IMPROVEMENT OF STATE STREET WHE~.EAS, the City Council. of the City of Lynwood entered into a Maste~° Agreement for the Federal-Ai.d Urban System Program with the State of California, Department. of Transportation, on dune 2~, 1973 for the purpose of improvement of arterial streets within the City of Lynwood, and WHEREAS, State Street is a part- of designated Federal- .Aid Route 6158 in. the City of Lynwood, and WHEREAS, said street. is an important part of the City9s 1980 Functional Useage Study of arterial routes and collector routes, a:nd the Federal-Aid Urban System,- and WHEREAS, Program of Federal-Aid Urban System Project fox°~the improvement of State Street i.s incorporated in the Master Agreement for•the Federal®Aid Urban System ,Program, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CLTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWSo Section to The City Council adopt Program of Federal-Aid_ Urban System Project for the improvement of State Street in accordance with the aforement-oned'agreemento Section•2a That the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is authorized to: execute Local.Agency~State Agreement Noe 10, Program Supplement Noo 2 for said ixtaprovement a PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS ~ 15th day of March.. ~ ~, 19?7a .~. r ~..
