AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO VARIOUS CONTRACTORS
PERFORMING REHABILITATION OF HOMES PURSUANT TO
COUNCIL ON AFFORDABLE HOUSING (COAH) REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has received certain money pursuant to
Regional Contribution Agreements (RCA); and
WHEREAS, the Borough is undertaking an extensive scattered site rehabilitation
program to utilize said RCA funds; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret do hereby approve the following amounts for the work to be
performed by various approved contractors:
Readington Account:
69 Marion
14 Bemath
Cranbury Account:
630 Roosevelt Ave.
Sandora & Spina Inc.
James Pappas
Not to Exceed
$1,200.00
$1,815.00
Ramirez Enterprise Inc. $ 875.00
Adopted this 15th day of June, 2000
and Certified as a true copy of the
