MINUTES
FEBRUARY 16, 1982
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Merritt called the regular meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency to order at 7:37 p.m. on Tuesday, February
16, 1982, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Members - Atkins, Dennis, Gillanders, Tyrell, Merritt
Absent: Members -None
Also Present: Executive Director Koski, General Counsel Martin
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Mr. Atkins moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting
held February 2, 1982 as written, seconded by Mr. Gillanders and
carried.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
None.
5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. RESOLUTION NO. CRA -183: WARRANTS AND DEMANDS
Mr. Atkins moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA -183 A RESOLUTION OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CERTAIN
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $1,021.21, DEMAND NOS. 826 & 827,
seconded by Mr. Dennis and carried.
6. COMMUNICATIONS:
None.
7. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS:
None.
8. ADJOURNMENT:
On motion by Mr. Dennis, seconded by Mr. Gillanders, meeting adjourned
at 7:38 p.m. Next regular meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Agency will be held Tuesday, March 2, 1982, 8 p.m. in the Council
Chamber of the City Hall.
