HomeMy Public PortalAbout1993-049Member Ann Thies adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 93-49 RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT ON COUNTY ROAD 101 TRUNK WATER MAIN WHEREAS, by resolution adopted July 20, 1993, the city council of the city of Medina, ordered the preparation of a feasibility report on the extension of a trunk water main from the area of the Cherry Hills development northeasterly along Co. Rd. 101 to serve the property located at 5322 Co. Rd. 101; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said resolution, the city's consulting engineer, Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates, has prepared a feasibility report on the making of said improvement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that said feasibility report is hereby accepted. Theis, Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member James Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: John Ferris, Johnson, Thies, Phil Zietlow and Mayor Anne Theis and the following voted against same: None.
