AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB OWNER'S
LICENSE TO RIAZ JANJUA, SAFEW AY TAXI & LIMO, INC. FOR THE
2010-2011 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
Owner's L~cense for the 2010-2011 License Tenn, trading as
SAFEWAYTAXI & LIMO INC.
WHEREAS, the qualification of the applicant has been investigated by the
earteret Police Department and the said department recommends that a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2010-2011 License Tenn be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue RIAZ JANUJUA, a Taxicab Owner's
License for the 2010-2011 License Term.
