RESOLUTION N0. 77_24.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF-
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE DIRECTOR
OF PERSONNEL AND/CR THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES TO PERFORM PERSONNEL
SERVICES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood
hereby requests the Director of Personnel and/or the Civil Service
Commission of the County of Los Angeles to perform on behalf of
said City personnel services; all pursuant to the terms. and pro-
visions of the General Services Agreement which said City entered
into with the County of Los Angeles on June 30, 19.72.
SECTION 2. The payment for these personnel services
will be in accordance with the terms and provisions of the General
Services Agreement which said City entered into with the County of
Los Ange-les on June 30 , 19 72..
SECTION 3. Said personnel services are to be performed
upon direction of `the City Council or its designated agent.
SECTION ~d. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and shall transmit the certified copy
thereof to the County of Los Angeles.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 15th day of March ,
