RESOLUTION NO.
' A RESOLUTION OF. THE~CITY-COUNCIL OF. THE-
. CITY ,OF LYNWOOD DECLARING ITS INTENTION
TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO ASCERTAIN
-WHETHER-A:NUISANCE IS BEING MAINTAINED
. - ON ~ CERTAIN . REAL• PROPERTY

- WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Lynwood
has~reeommended~that this City Council-find that a cer-
fain premises-wtk~n the City of:Lynwood may-be:maintained
-- ~ ~in such~.a°-wa as-to°constitute a nuisance; .and,

- °WHEREAS-certan procedures are .set forth. in
Chapter 21~of-the, City-,Code. of-the City of Lynwood,
pursuant~to~whieh nuisance may be abated,
- NOW;° THEREFORE; THE-CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
~LYNWOOD'DOES.HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
-- 1: Based upon the aforesaid recommendation-:of the
°Cty Manager,=ths~Counel-hereby-finds and determines._
that°~the~~followng;~descrbed property may- be presently
being. maintained°in;such~a manner as to constitute a nuisance.
- Said property is=described as Lot 5; Block F of Tract~6473., •
' ~ and is generally known as 11818 Peach-Street, Lynwood,
California.
" ~ 2~. The-condtoris.of"said property which may
constitute :a nuisance are described as follows:
' Open and accesssble.to vandals. Doors removed:
-Interior and•exteror°littered with trash•and garbage. ;
- Yard°~avergrown.
3. The method or methods .by which said conditions
could be. abated include:
Remove ali-trash_and from interior. Remove-all
-trash and-garbage-.from yard area:°-Remove. all overgrowth=
and provide yard--maintenance: Replace doors -and secure
.;property.
4.~ This Council therefore declares its intention
,~to, eonduct:a public hearing pursuant to<:Chapter,,_.21 of
the City-Code 'of .;the City of Lynwood to ascertain°:whether
the above-described conditions'constitute a public nuisance-,
the abatement.-of which is appropriate.:under the-police
power of-the:, City of Lynwood.
5. The City Council is authorized and ..directed to
fix°the tme.and~°place-for said public hearing and;to serve
