A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE LEASE-PURCHASE OF
A~MOBILE TE-3 STREET SWEEPER.
WHEREAS, the

$42,972.40; and
City of Lynwood has solicited proposals
street sweeper; and
City has received a cash price proposal
Street Sweeper of $33,175.88 and a cash

. WHEREAS, the City has: received several proposals for
the lease-purchase of such equipment at varying terms and
. interest rates,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the. City of
Lynwood hereby does find, determine, resolve, and order
as follows:
Section 1. The cash price submitted for the Mobile
TE-3 Street Sweeper hereby is determined to be the .lowest
.and best cash price submitted.
Section 2. The lease proposal submitted for the
aforesaid Mobile TE-3 Street Sweeper by the Bank of America.
calling for a~three-year term with simple interest at the
rate of $% per annum, a monthly payment of $1,00.4.25, and
a total price of $36,153, hereby is determined to be the
lowest. and_best lease proposal submitted.
Section 3. The City of Lynwood hereby accepts the
said lease-purchase proposal from the Bank of America for
the Mobile TE-3 Street Sweeper and authorizes and directs.
the Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest, any and
all documents necessary or .convenient to effect such
.lease-purchase..
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 5th day of April, 1977.
