RESOLUTION N0. 77-30
-~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND
ORDERING WARRANTS DRAWN FOR THE HOUSING AND
.COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT PROGRAM.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the demands presented, having been
regularly audited, are hereby allowed and approved and
warrants ordered drawn on the City Treasurer therefor in
~~ accordance with and to the payee named and the funds
indicated in the several demands hereby approved.
Paid to Whom Amount
City of Lynwood $ 3,421.03
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to
.the adoptionYof this resolution and shall deliver a certified
copy thereof to the City Treasurer and shall retain a
certified copy thereof in her records.
