HomeMy Public PortalAbout1993-052Member John Ferris introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 93-52 RESOLUTION GRANTING AN AMENDED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO HAMEL PROPERTIES WHEREAS, Hamel Properties (Applicant) has applied for an amended conditional use permit to construct a 31'7" x 100' building on the property located at 610-640 Hamel Road; and WHEREAS, the City's zoning ordinance requires an amendment to the Applicant's existing conditional use permit under such circumstances; and WHEREAS, this matter has been reviewed by the planning commission on July 13, 1993, and by the city council on August 3, 1993; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that the amended conditional use permit will not impede the orderly development of adjacent properties . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that an amended conditional use permit be granted to the Applicant for the stated purpose, subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. The city staff will review the building materials for compliance with city requirements at such time as the new structure is enclosed; 2. The city staff must verify that all drainage and utility easements required by the city engineer have been granted by the Applicant; and 3. The Applicant shall pay to the city a fee in the amount determined by the staff to represent the cost to the city of reviewing this amended conditional use permit . RHB56845 ME230-14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that this resolution supplements and does not supersede the terms and conditions of Resolution 89-15 adopted on March 21, 1989.
