AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING, AND
MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING 18.44 ACRES IN THE 2600 BLOCK OF DREW PERRY ROAD FROM RS-1 LOW
DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO PUD PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, DESCRIBED AS LOTS 1
THROUGH 20 OF SCHELLRIDGE NORTH SUBDIVISION, BEING A PART OF SECTION 2,
TOWNSHIP 44 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST, JEFFERSON CITY, COLE COUNTY, MISSOURI,
AND ENDORSING AN AMENDMENT ON THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN MAP OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO REFLECT SUCH CHANGE.
WHEREAS, It appears that the procedures set forth in the zoning code relating to zoning have
in all matters been complied with.
WHEREAS, It appears that the procedures set forth in the zoning code relating to amendments
to the comprehensive plan have in all matters been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RS-1 Low Density
Residential to PUD Planned Unit Development: Lots 1 through 20 of Schellridge North Subdivision,
as per plat of record in Plat Book 12, page 567, Cole County Recorder's Office, being a part of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, City of Jefferson, Cole
County, Missouri; and the adjacent Drew Perry Road right of way. Consisting of 18.44 acres.
Section 2. An amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Development Plan Map is hereby
endorsed to reflect the changes to show the area described in Section 1 as Medium Density
Residential-Attached.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
