ORDINANCE NO. ( 45-79
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE (J), (PARKING PROHIBITED),
SUBPARAGRAPH (A), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, PERTAINING
TO A PORTION OF ADAMS STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule J, (Parking
Prohibited), Subparagraph (a), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by the addition of a portion of Adams Street, as follows:
Adams St.: on both sides thereof,south and within 65 feet of the south curb line of McCarty Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
