RESOLUTION.NO. 77-51
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD DECLARING:ITS INTENTION
TO-CONDUCT A PUBLIC-HEARING TO ASCERTAIN
WHETHER A NUSANCE IS BEING MAINTAINED
ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY..
WHEREAS, the City. Manager of.the-City-of~ Lynwood
has recommended that this City Council find thaEa cer-
twin premises.-within the-City of ,Lynwood may be .maintained
• n.such~. a way~as to constitute a. nuisance; and,
WHEREAS, certain procedures are set forth in
Chapter 21.of the City-Code of the City of Lynwood,.
.--pursuarit.to which nuisances may be abated,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL, OF-THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: -
-. 1. Based upon the aforesaid recommendation of the
.. City Manager, this Council-hereby finds and determines
that the following described property may be .presently
. be.i,ng maintained-in such a manner as to constitute a.,nuisance.
Sael property is described~as Lot 77 of Tract 15016 and is.

- 2.~ The_condtions~of-said property which may..
.-. constitute a nuisance are described as follows:
a. Overgrown front and rear yards.
b. Overgrown shrubs and trees. ,
c. Fire and health hazard.
3. The method or methods~.by..which said conditions
could• beabated include:. -
a. Mow and edge front yard. Mow rear-yard.
b: Trim all-overgrown shrubs..and trees.
4: This Council therefore declares its intention
to conduct a public hearing pursuant to. Chapter 21 of
the City Code of .the City of Lynwood to ascertain whether
the above:described-condtions•consttute-a public nuisance,
the~abatement.:of-which~is appropriate under the police
power of theCty~:of Lynwood.
