A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF .THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD~DECLARING.ITS-INTENTION
TO'CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO ASCERTAIN
WHETHER A NUISANCE IS BEING MAINTAINED
~. ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City Manager, of-the City of Lynwood
has recommended that ths~City.Councii find that a cer--
.. ~ fain-premises within the City of Lynwood may be maintained
in such a,: way as to constitute a nuisance; and,
WHEREAS, certain procedures are set -forth in
Chapter. 21 of-the City Code of the. City of .Lynwood
' pursuant to which .nuisances may-be~abated;

-~ LYNWOOD'DOES HEREBY RESOLVE-AS~•FOLLOWS:

that thee-foilowing~-~descrbed~ property may- be presently
being mantained•in such a; manner as. to constitute a nuisance.
Said property-is described as a,:portion of Lot 394 of
Tract 7984~and is generally known as 11045 Duncan Avenue
in the°-City, of Lynwood,California.
