A RESOLUTION OF THE.CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD DIRECTING-THE OWNER OF THE BUILDING AT
2930 POPLAR DRIVE Tb APPEAR. BEFORE THE CITY
COUNCIL.:; TO~SHOW CAUSE WHY. SUCH BUILDING SHOULD,
NOT BE•CONDEMNED AS A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND SAID
NUISANCE-ABATED, AND PRESCRIBING THE FORM OF ~ ~ .

WHEREAS, the Building Official of the,City of .Lynwood
has filed with the-,City Council a report stating ghat Ernest
Brunswig, Jr. and Linda Brunswig are~owners of the buildings
on: that.;lQt or parcel of land hereinafter described, and that
said buildngs~are substandard .as defined in the State Housing
Act and-the rules.-and regulatons~promulgated pursuant thereto,

and that,.. said buildings constitute a,publ.c nuisance in the

or beneficiary thereof, in the manner hereinafter stated, directing
said owner to appear before the City Council.-of the City of Lynwood
at: the Council°Chambers-in the City Hall at 11330 Bullis Road,
Lynwood, California,. on August 2, 1977; at the hour;.of 7:30 p.m.,
or as soon thereafter as he can;be-heard, and show cause why suc~;-
buildings should not be, condemned as-a; nuisance-,and said nuisance
