REPORT AND AUTHORIZING LEVY OF ASSESSMENT COVER-
ING THE EXPENSE OF 1~BATING DRY AND DRYING WEEDS
FOR THE 1976-77 F?SCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS9 the Street- Supexin~endent has here~'ofore ~~.]_ed
with the C~.ty Council a report sett~.i7g forth ~t1ae actual cost of ~~h
abatement of dry and drying weeds ti~at existed on certain, parc~e'T.s of
land in the Ca,ty of Lynwood for the 1v'~G-77 fiscal year,.
NOWS TIiEREE'ORE9 BL° IT RESOLVED by the City Cc~u,rae~.l of
the City of LynwoodA as follows°
Section 1. That said report, together with the assessment
roll showing the various parcels of land assessed for abating said
nuisances is hereby adopted and approved unmodified,
Section 2. That the levyang of the assessment ~,s hereby
authorized and approved,
Section 3o That t3ie City Clerk is hereby directed to
transmit to the County of Los Angeles Tax Collector the assessment roll
for assessment and. collection
