The date issued must be clearly marked and the survey must be signed and sealed. 2. A letter of request / intent stating the specifics request, including the address and legal description of the property i.e.: I would like to know if 6XX Alhambra Circle (Lot 1, Block 1, Coral Gables Section) is historically significant. 3. The collection of small boutiques located on "Miracle Mile" impacted the Central Business District creating a commercial development intended to be a convenience for the Coral Gables residents and a pleasant shopping area for South Florida. George Zain was a businessman, nationally known for his knack at promoting, advertising and selling. National advertisers now commonly use many of his methods. In a letter issued March 26, 2004, the Historical Resources Director stated that the residence does not meet the minimum eligibility criteria for designation as a local historic landmark. This letter replaces the expired letter. Therefore, the Historical Resources staff will not require review by the Historic Preservation Board if an application is made for a demolition permit.
