AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Six Hundred Thousand Dollars
($600,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for general engineering services in
General Services Agreement – Facility & Sewer Design (2024) Contract A (13100) in various
locations within the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 53048 with
Donohue & Associates, Inc. for general engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for general engineering services in
General Services Agreement – Facility & Sewer Design (2024) Contract A (13100) in various
locations within the District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 53048
with Donohue & Associates, Inc. for general engineering services in General Services Agreement
– Facility & Sewer Design (2024) Contract A (13100) in various locations within the District; said
contract may be renewed for an additional one (1) year and said contract shall be comprised of
such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 2023.
