WHEREAS, the adoption of Resolution No. 3870 will exercise option year (3) of
the contract previously authorized by Ordinance No. 15565, adopted December 10, 2020, which
authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into a contract with Crawford Murphy and Tilly, Inc. (CMT), whereby
Crawford Murphy & Tilly, Inc. (CMT). will provide professional services for treatment plants and
pump stations in various locations throughout the District.
WHEREAS, said contract provided for an initial term of one (1) year with three
additional one-year renewal terms at the option of the District;
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District desires to exercise its third
(3rd) option year to renew said contract for an additional one (1) year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEE OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to exercise the District’s option to renew for the third
(3rd) one-year renewal term of the contract with Crawford Murphy & Tilly, Inc. (CMT), whereby
Crawford Murphy & Tilly, Inc. (CMT) would provide services for treatment plants and pump
stations in various locations throughout the District; said contract shall be comprised of such other
terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District; said
contract renewal shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The Foregoing Resolution was adopted December 14, 2023.
