A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
DETERMINING THAT A NUISANCE IS BEING MAINTAINED ON
CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY AND DIRECTING THE
ABATEMENT THEREOF
WHEREAS, pursuant to the recommendation of the City Manager
of the City. of Lynwood, t.h~.s City Council has previously found that,
a certain premises, hereinafter'iilor2 fully described, may be presently
being maintained in suc~ a manner as to constitute a nuisance;

resolution declaring its intention to conduct a public hearing to
ascertain ~vhe~cher a nuisance is being maintained on said property; and

persons desiring 'co be heard conceri~rin~; the conditions consti'cuting
the alleged nuisance and the proposed rehabilitation, repair, removal

hereby fiizd; determine ,a order and resolve as follos~~s:
1. Tlie property described as Loc"b of the Slausson Tract
on the Cerritos and San. Antonio l~anc~n, and generally ltinown as
11.'700, 11704:. 1171~:J,11'jb0 Wright Road and 5510, 5536, 5580 Willard
Lane and Sout:t~erri tacifzc Railroad, is hereby found and declared to
be a public nuisance as defined in Section 22~-~A .2 of the Lyn~~~ood
City Code.
2. The particular cor.da.t_ions of said property which are
hereby fou~~d and deter~ilined to coa!si_tute a nuisance are described

a. Fire destroyed and damaged buildings.
b, Debris,. junk, rubble and inoperative vehicles.
