nuisance.
2. The property owners, Ernest Brunswig, Jr. and Linda
Brunswig; are•directed to abate said nuisance; within thirty (30)
days after the date this Resolution is posted upon the premises,.
by having the,building properly reconstructed or repaired or
by having it razed or removed, as previously directed by the.
Department of Building and Zoning.
3. If the-property. owners fail to take;_the sups
aspprovided in.ths Resolution; the~Cty will raze•or remove
the building and .make: the expense incurred thereby a lien
on..the~ parcel. of land upon which the building is 1,oc.ated,
4: The Department-of Building and Zoning is directed
to post-a copy of _this~Resolution-conspicuously on the
building or"buildings so.declared to be a nuisance. and to
mail another ~opy.of.this Resolution by registered .mail,
postage-:prepaid, a return receipt requested, to the person

owning the:land~;on-which-said building or buildings are located.

assessment roll;, or as~known,,to the City Clerks The Department

mortgage or~deed of trust of record ,at the last known address
of such mortgagee; or beneficiary. If any such addresses ..are
