AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Million Two
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,200,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
construction management services in Construction Management Services - Lower and Middle
RDP Tunnel Facilities (11152) in various Locations within the District; and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to amend Contract No. 11024 with Shannon and Wilson Inc. for construction management
services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13526, adopted November 8, 2012, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 11024; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,200,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for construction
management services in Construction Management Services - Lower and Middle RDP Tunnel
Facilities (11152) in various Locations within the District; said contract being comprised of such
terms and conditions as have been approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 11024
with Shannon and Wilson Inc. for construction management services in Construction Management
Services - Lower and Middle RDP Tunnel Facilities (11152) in various Locations within the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on December 8, 2022 by the following vote:
Ayes M. Evans, A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin and B. Watson
