COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 21, 1982.
Chairman Tyrell called the regular meeting of: the.Community Redevelop-
ment Agency to order at 8:06 p.m. in the Council •Chamber of the City
Hall.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Members - Atkins, Dennis, Gillanders, Swain, Tyrell
Absent: Members -None
Also Present: Executive Director Koski, General Counsel Martin
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTEES:
On motion by Mr. Atkins, seconded by Mr. Gillanders, the minutes of
the regular meeting. held September 7, 1982, were approved as written.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
None.
5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT. FOR LEGAL SERVICES (SPECIAL. COUNSEL)
Executive Director Koski presented an. amendment to agreement from Tom
Parrington, the changes reflecting his fees for various services.
Mr. Gillanders moved to approve the amendment to agreement and �.
authorize the Executive Director to sign, seconded by Mr. Atkins
and carried.

None.
7. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS:
None

8. ADJOURNMENT:
On motion by Mr. Dennis, seconded by Mr. Atkins, meeting . adjourned
at 8:07 p.m. Next regular meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Agency will be held Tuesday, October 5, 1982,. 8 p.m. in the Council
Chamber of the City Hall.
