A letter of request / intent stating the specifics request, including the address and legal description of the property i.e.: I would like to know if 6XX Alhambra Circle (Lot 1, Block 1, Coral Gables Section) is historically significant. 3.Color Photographs of the overall site, and of all sides of all the buildings and features on the site labeled. ZEKE GUILFORD, ESQ., APPLICANT (CASE FILE LHD2006- 09), PURSUANT TO SECTION 26-2 OF THE CORAL GABLES ZONING CODE, THEREBY AFFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD, IN CONNECTION WITH APPLICANT'S REQUEST FOR A HISTORIC SIGNIFICANCE DETERMINATION AT SUBJECT PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1510 SALZEDO STREET; AND MORE PARTICULARLY LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 10 AND SOUTH 13.5 FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK 34, CORAL GABLES DOUGLAS SECTION. Zeke Guilford (Applicant) filed an appeal to the Coral Gables Commission from a decision of the Historic Preservation Board at its regular meeting of July 20, 2006, (Case File LHD2006-09) in accordance with Section 26-2 of the Zoning Code, for the purpose of approving the historical significance of the subject property located on 1510 Salzedo Street; (more particularly described as Lot 10 and South 13.5 feet of Lot 11, Block 34, Coral Gables Douglas Section) should be allowed; and WHEREAS, the aforementioned application was heard by the Historical Preservation Board of the City of Coral Gables at its meeting of July 20, 2006; and WHEREAS, at the aforementioned hearing of July 20, 2006 the Historic Preservation Board made a motion to approve the historical significance by a 6/3 vote, and a second motion to prepare a historic designation report by a 9/0 vote at the property located on 360 Solano Prado, Coral Gables, Florida; and WHEREAS, F. W. Zeke, Esq, filed an appeal to the Coral Gables City Commission from the aforementioned decision of the Historic Preservation Board which was rendered on July 20, 2006; and Page 1 of 3 — Resolution No. 2006-155 WHEREAS, a motion to defer the appeal and affirm the decision of the Historic Preservation Board was offered by Commissioner Withers, seconded by Commissioner Anderson, and WHEREAS, on August 22, 2006, the City Commission voted by a 5/0 vote to defer request approval for historical significance for the property located at 360 Solano Prado, Coral Gables, Florida NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CORAL GABLES: SECTION 1: The foregoing "WHEREAS" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption hereof.
