WHEREAS, the Tax Collector of1heBorough ofCarteret has revIewed the Rolls and
detennined that certaJn monies are due and payable by the Borough ofCarteret to certain restdenls and
property owners wIthin the Borough ofCarteret, as a result of an overpayment of Taxes Andlor Sewer
Fees, and
WlIEREAS1 the Tax Collector recommends the immediate reimbursement of the excess
Funds currently collected by the Borough of Carteret to certain enumerated individuals,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council ofthe Borough ofCartere~ In the County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey: tbat the Tax
