In a November 5 2019 letter to the Rate Commission, the Chair of the MSD Board of Trustees stated that MSD is committed to performing a new I/I allocation study prior to the next rate proposal to determine
what, if any, changes should be made to the I/I allocation. A new I/I allocation study was performed and no changes were recommended to be made to I/I allocation. This study was presented to and accepted by the Rate Commission. Future consultant services will be for completing documentation of data analysis and to prepare guidance for future analysis in the next rate proposal. The proposed resolution will be the third of four (4) one-year renewals provided for in the original contract based on performance.
