RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION//00-172 AUTHORIZING AN
AGREEMENT WITH PREFERRED CLEANING SOLUTIONS.
WHEREAS, Resolution #00-172 was adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of
Carteret at its meeting of June 1, 2000; and
WHEREAS, Resolution #00-172 inadvertently reflected that cleaning and maintenance
services were to be "extended for a period of two (2) months in an amount not to exceed
$3000.00".
WHEREAS, Resolution #00-172 should have indicated that the contract was extended for
three (3) months for the amount of $3000.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Calleret that Resolution #00-172 is hereby amended to reflect that the cleaning services
agreement is extended for a period of three (3) months at an amount to exceed $3000.00
BE, IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take effect immediately.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 16, 2000.
