No. 10-23 Date of Adoptio" T",,,,,,y 7 , 2010 ( APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH PREMIER RETAIL NETWORK WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is In need of certain specialized advertising and marketing services for the production and display of video advertisements to promote the Borough In selected retail establishments; and WHEREAS, Premier Retail Networks, 122 East 42nd Street, Suite 2018, New York, New York, 10168, possesses the requisite expertise, knowledge and technical capability to provide said services; and WHEREAS, the Borough is desirous In entering into a contract with Premier Networks; and WHEREAS, the Borough Urban Enterprise Program UEZ has been granted approval by the State Zone Authority as part of a 2009 UEZ Marketing Project; WHEREAS, the Borough's Chief financial Officer has certified that funds are or will be available for the payment of said services; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEO by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows: 1. A contract with Premier Retail Networks, 122 East 42nd Street, Suite 2018, New York, New York, 10168, for video production, advertising and marketing services for the production and display of video advertisements to promote the Borough in selected retail establishments is hereby approved, In accordance with the terms of project based contracts to be entered into between the Borough and Premier Retail Networks; 2.
