AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($260,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of sanitary
sewers in Conway Meadows Sanitary Relief (Conway Rd to I-64) (12129) in the City of
Chesterfield, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 53056 with Cole &
Associates, Inc. for design of sanitary sewers.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($260,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of sanitary sewers
in Conway Meadows Sanitary Relief (Conway Rd to I-64) (12129) in the City of Chesterfield,
Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 53056
with Cole & Associates, Inc. for design of sanitary sewers in Conway Meadows Sanitary Relief
(Conway Rd to I-64) (12129) in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri; and said contract shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel
of the District.
