AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of One Hundred Seventy Thousand
Dollars ($170,000.00) from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction, and Improvement Fund
of Wellston to be used for design in Hillsdale Dr #7501 Storm Sewer (11063) in the City of
Greendale, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 53059 with Taliaferro &
Browne, Inc. for design.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($170,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction, and Improvement Fund
of Wellston to be used for design in Hillsdale Dr #7501 Storm Sewer (11063) in the City of
Greendale, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 53059
with Taliaferro & Browne, Inc. for design in Hillsdale Dr #7501 Storm Sewer (11063) in the City
of Greendale, Missouri; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions
as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
