AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Two Hundred Twenty-Four
Thousand Dollars ($224,000.00) from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction, and
Improvement Fund of the Seminary Branch of River Des Peres to be used for design in Pembroke
Drive Storm Improvements (10309) in the City of Marlborough, Missouri; and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to enter into Contract No. 53060 with Terra Engineering, LTD for design.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Dollars
($224,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction, and
Improvement Fund of the Seminary Branch of River Des Peres to be used for design in Pembroke
Drive Storm Improvements (10309) in the City of Marlborough, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 53060
with Terra Engineering, LTD for design in Pembroke Drive Storm Improvements (10309) in the
City of Marlborough, Missouri; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
