AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Two Hundred Eighty-Seven
Thousand Dollars ($287,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of
sanitary sewers in Strassner Ave Sanitary Relief (Black Creek Trunk to Swallow Dr) (12219) in
the City of Brentwood, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 53057 with Hart
Engineering, LLC for design of sanitary sewers.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Dollars
($287,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design
of sanitary sewers in Strassner Ave Sanitary Relief (Black Creek Trunk to Swallow Dr) (12219)
in the City of Brentwood, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 53057
with Hart Engineering, LLC for design of sanitary sewers in Strassner Ave Sanitary Relief (Black
Creek Trunk to Swallow Dr) (12219) in the City of Brentwood, Missouri; and said contract shall
be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel of the District.
