AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Seventy-Five
Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for pump station
improvements in Earth City UPS Pump Station (P-702) Replacement Phase II (13599) in
Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15945, adopted August 11, 2022, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 22154; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for pump station improvements in
Earth City UPS Pump Station (P-702) Replacement Phase II (13599) in Unincorporated St. Louis
County, Missouri.
