AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two Million Seven
Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($2,740,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used
for sanitary sewer rehabilitation in Bissell - Coldwater - Missouri - Meramec Public I/I Reduction
(2023) Contract F (13124) in the City of Florissant and Unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16092, adopted May 11, 2023, appropriated the initial
funding for and authorized Contract No. 22239; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars
($2,740,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for sanitary
sewer rehabilitation in Bissell - Coldwater -Missouri - Meramec Public I/I Reduction (2023)
Contract F (13124) in the City of Florissant and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 2024
