AN ORDINANCE, making a contract amendment to the contract approved by
Ordinance No. 15893 for professional services in Payroll, Time Reporting and Benefits-Software
as a Service (SaaS) Project Districtwide; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 1
to the contract with UKG Kronos for professional services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15893, adopted April 14, 2022, approved the original
contract with UKG Kronos for professional services; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 1
to a contract with UKG Kronos for professional services in Payroll, Time Reporting and Benefits-
Software as a Service (SaaS) Project Districtwide; and said contract shall be comprised of such
other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The original 4 one-year contract extensions remain available and are not affected by the
amendment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 2024
