BURGLARY INVESTIGATION TEAM WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood desires to undertake a certain,pro~ject designated Central County Burglary Investigation Team to be funded in part from funds made available through the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, PL 90-351, as amended, (hereafter referred to as the Crime Control Act) administered by the Office of Criminal Justice Planning {hereafter `, referred to as OCJP)..
