Centre Street Box 1148, Merchantville, New Jersey 08109 possesses the requisite expertise, knowledge and technical capability to provide said services; and WHEREAS, the Borough is desirous in entering Into a contract with JGSC Group; and WHEREAS, the Borough Urban Enterprise Program UEZ has been granted approval by the State Zone Authority as part of a 2009 UEZ Marketing Project; WHEREAS, the Borough's Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are or will be avallable for the payment of said services; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows: 1.
