all projects was January 12, 2024 (passed). • Late submission may affect eligibility during the selection process • Consultants may submit prequalification packets year- round • The prequalification questionnaire can be found at MSDProjectClear.org under the ‘Doing Business with Us’ dropdown. • Packets must be submitted in PDF form to msdengpq@stlmsd.com. • Previous year’s performance evaluation contracts counted towards prime and subs based on their participation in the watershed consultant contract. • Other Consultant Contracts –open balance on contracts counted towards prime only. 20 Selection Process Backlog Scoring • Backlog for proposals on projects $500,000 and over will be computed by summing backlog for all the firms of the team proposing • Backlog for proposals on projects 2024. $25 M budget. • Mississippi Floodwall ORS Pump Stations Rehabilitation Phase IV (rehabilitate gates and structures at various floodwall pump stations along the Mississippi) –Budgeted start in FY25, RFQ to be issued in 2Q 2024. $13 M budget. 29 30 • Funding for Stormwater design work uncertain.
