APPOINTING lVlEMBERS TO THE BOARD FOR THE DISABLED FOR
THE YEAR 2010
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret has created a
Board for the Disabled to consists of one member to be appointed by the Mayor,
one member of the Council to be appointed by the Council and five (5) citizens of
the municipality to be appointed by the Council with staggered terms;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Council of the Borough of Carteret that the following appointment be and is
hereby made to the Board of the Disabled for the Year 2010:
Member Charles Thatcher
12-31-14
Councilmember Susan Navies
12-31-10
Secretary Carole Sullivan
12-31-10
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect
immediately.
Adopted this 7th day ofJanuary, 2010
and certified as a true copy ofthe original
on January 8th, 2010.
