CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 93-75
RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING
CONTRACT FOR 140 HP WHEEL TYPE LOADER
AND SNOW EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, all bids for a 140 HP Wheel Type Loader and snow
equipment in accordance with the mechanical and performance
specifications and advertisement for bids, were received, opened
and tabulated according to law; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has inspected the loader
and snow equipment having the lowest bid price;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Medina,
Minnesota that the lowest bid price submitted by St. Joseph's
Equipment, Inc. for a Case 721B loader and a Falls PR1243 snow
plow, be accepted at a total cost of $111,485.17.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member John Ferris and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Councilmembers Ferris, Ann Thies, Zietlow and Mayor Anne Theis
and the following voted against: none
and the following were absent: Councilmember James Johnson.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this
19th day of October , 1993.
