APPOINTING PUBLIC AGENCY COMPLIANCE OFFICER FOR
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, the Affmnative Action Office, Department of the Treasury, requires each
municipality to designate a person to act as a liaison and to serve as a Public Agency
Compliance Officer for Affirmative Action; and
WHEREAS, said requirements are pursuant to P.L. 197C.127 (N.J.S.A. 17:27) Public
Contracts Law; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
Gloria Lisicki
is hereby appointed Public Agency Compliance Officer for the Borough of Carteret for
2010.
Adopted this 7th day of January, 2010 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
January 8th, 2010.
